The order app and order alerts on your phone or tablet

Links to your dashboard ask you to log in first.

• Install the app: on Live orders, tap Install the app (Chrome or Edge on a tablet, phone or computer). On an iPad or iPhone, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen, like an app.
• Order alerts: on Live orders, tap Order alerts, name the device (like Counter tablet) and turn them on. New orders then show an alert with the device's sound even when Live orders isn't open or the screen is locked, and again if an order is still waiting after 3 minutes. On an iPad or iPhone this works in the app on your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
• Keep Live orders open as well: it rings until each order is accepted. Alerts are a backup, and some phones hold them back to save battery.
• No connection? Live orders shows a red bar, and comes back by itself when the connection returns. Customers can still order meanwhile.
• Devices → Devices with order alerts shows every device with alerts and the last one that reached it. Rename or remove them there.
