Every cost, explained
"0% commission" means we never take a share of your orders. It doesn't mean everything is free, so here is what you will pay, and who to.

How this is worked out
- 52 weeks of trading. Only the sales you move to your own page are counted: orders that stay on the apps still pay their commission.
- Card fees assume every moved order is paid by card online at Stripe's standard UK rate of 1.5% + 20p. Premium and non-UK cards cost more. Cash and card-at-the-door orders have no Stripe fee.
- The apps' other charges, such as delivery services, marketing or tablet fees, are not included.
- If an app delivers for you today, you'd need your own drivers for delivery orders on your own page. Those costs are not included.
- Your own equipment, such as a tablet or printer, is not included. The first year includes the one-off setup fee you pick (we do it for you is shown at its starting price; bigger menus cost up to £199).
Pricing questions
Is there really no commission?
Yes. We never take a percentage of your orders. You pay your monthly plan, and Stripe charges its own fee on card payments online if you use them.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are rolling monthly.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No. Setting up yourself is free. If you'd like us to do it, "We do it for you" is a one-off £99 to £199, depending on the size of your menu and how much there is to set up. We agree the price with you before we start.
Is the setup fee instead of the monthly plan?
No. The setup fee is a one-off payment for setting things up. Your monthly plan is separate, and you pay it whichever way you set up.
Do you charge for card payments?
No. Card payments online go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own fee: 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards. We add nothing on top.
Do I need to buy equipment from you?
No. You use your own tablet or laptop, and an optional Star cloud printer that you buy yourself.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll move you to another plan.
