Test orders

Before you go live, the owner or a manager can place test orders from Set up → Test and go live → Open your page in test mode. A test order rings on Live orders and prints like a real one, but it's marked TEST ORDER (and "Test 1", "Test 2" instead of a number), it's never charged (card online isn't offered), it isn't added to your customers, and it doesn't count in your figures, offers or loyalty. Accept it as if it were real to check everything works. Your first real order is still number 1001. Test orders stop once you're live.
