Offers and a loyalty scheme that run themselves
Give customers a reason to order direct: automatic offers, codes for your leaflets, and rewards for your regulars that come off by themselves.

Offers
Pick the deal, pick the rules, and it shows on your page.
Included with Growth and Pro
- % off, £ off, free delivery or a free item
- Automatic offers shown at the top of your page, or a code for your leaflets, such as DIRECT10
- Rules: a minimum order, delivery or collection only, first orders, once per customer, certain days and times (a happy hour), dates, or a number of uses
- One offer per order: a code wins, otherwise the customer gets the best deal for their order
- The basket shows how close they are: "Add £5.50 more to get free garlic bread"
- See how many times each code was used, so you know which leaflets work

A loyalty scheme for your regulars
Set it once, for example "Order 4 times in a month, get £5 off your next order".
Included with Growth and Pro
- You choose the number of orders, a week or a month, and the reward: £ off, % off or free delivery
- Set the smallest order that counts and how long a reward lasts
- Customers are recognised by their phone number: no app, no stamp card
- They see their progress on their order page, and the reward comes off by itself
- If you reject or cancel the order a reward was used on, they get it back

Your customer list
Every customer who orders from your page is yours.
- A list of everyone who has ordered, with their order count and spend
- Download it any time as a spreadsheet file (CSV)
- A separate list of people who ticked the box for offers
- Delete someone's details when they ask, while keeping your order totals

Questions
Can a customer use a code and an offer together?
No, one offer per order. The code they type replaces any automatic offer. A loyalty reward is separate, so it comes off as well.
Do customers need to sign up for loyalty?
No. Orders with the same mobile number count, whether they ordered on a phone or a computer.
Can I text or email my customers from the software?
Not yet. You can download the list of customers who agreed to offers and use it with your own messaging.
