These terms cover your use of this website and give a summary of how our service works. The service is provided by Food Order Hub. To contact us, use our contact form.
Using this website
- We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it may change. Prices and plan details shown on our pricing page apply when you sign up.
- Links to other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it or by sending spam through our forms.
Our service for takeaways (summary)
- Subscription: you pay the monthly price for your plan. Plans are rolling monthly. We never charge commission on your orders.
- Setup: you can set up yourself at no charge, or ask us to set up for you for a one-off fee, which we agree with you before we start. The setup fee is separate from your monthly plan.
- Your responsibilities: your menu, prices, allergen information, food safety, opening hours and deliveries are your responsibility. Check your menu before you publish it.
- Payments: card payments online are made to your own Stripe account under Stripe's own terms. We do not hold your money.
- Your customers' data: you are responsible for your customers' information (the "controller"), and we process it on your behalf to run your ordering page.
- Availability: we work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with internet providers.
- Ending the service: you can stop at the end of any month. Download your customer list before you leave.
The full agreement for your account is the one we agree with you when you sign up. If anything there differs from this summary, the agreement wins.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
