GloriaFood has announced that it will close on 30 April 2027. Move your takeaway to your own commission-free ordering page, and keep taking orders while you do.

How moving works

Review your current setup
We go through your GloriaFood menu, opening hours, delivery areas, payment methods and printer with you.
Export your data
Download whatever GloriaFood lets you export from your account, such as your customer list, and keep a copy. Send us your menu as a link to your current ordering page, a PDF or photos.
Rebuild and check your menu
Build your menu in Food Order Hub yourself with our guide, or choose we do it for you and we build it, including sizes, extras and choices. Either way, you check every dish, price and allergen before anything goes live.
Set up delivery, payments and ordering
Delivery postcodes, fees and minimums, opening hours, order ahead, and how customers pay. Connect your own Stripe account for card payments online.
Test everything
Place test orders from your phone. Check the order screen, the kitchen ticket and what the customer sees. Your GloriaFood page keeps running while you do.
Launch your new ordering page
Swap the link on Google, social media, your website and new leaflets. Then switch GloriaFood off when you are ready.

Questions about switching
Can you copy everything across automatically?
No. There is no automatic transfer from GloriaFood. Your menu is rebuilt by hand, by you or by us, and checked before it goes live, which also means it is set up properly for the new system.
What does moving cost?
Your monthly plan, from £29 a month. Setting up is free if you move your menu yourself, or £99 to £199 one-off if we do it for you, depending on the size of your menu.
Are you part of GloriaFood?
No. Food Order Hub is an independent company and is not connected with GloriaFood or its owners.
What about my customer list?
Export it from GloriaFood before it closes and keep it safe. On your new page, your customer list builds up again as people order, and you can download it any time.
Will we miss orders while we switch?
You can keep GloriaFood running while your new page is set up and tested, then swap your links over when you are ready.
When should we move?
Well before 30 April 2027. Leave time to check your menu and to update links and leaflets.
