Kitchen printer

Links to your dashboard ask you to log in first.

A Star cloud printer (for example the Star mC-Print3 or TSP143IV) plugs into your internet router and prints tickets by itself. No computer or app is needed.

  1. In Settings → Kitchen printer, copy your printer address.
  2. Find the printer's IP address: switch it off, then hold FEED while switching it on. It prints its settings.
  3. Type that IP address into a browser on the same Wi-Fi, log in, open CloudPRNT, paste your printer address as the Server URL and set polling to 5 seconds. Save and restart the printer.
  4. Tick Print tickets automatically, choose how many copies and when, save, then press Print a test ticket.

The Live orders screen shows Printer ready or Printer offline!. Tickets that didn't print (e.g. no paper) are listed in Settings. Use Print on any order to print it again.
