Loyalty scheme: rewards for regulars

Links to your dashboard ask you to log in first.

Switch it on in Offers, e.g. "Order 4 times in a month, get £5 off your next order". You choose the number of orders, the period, the reward (£ off, % off or free delivery) and the smallest order that counts.

• It works from the customer's phone number, so there's no card to stamp or app to download.
• Customers see their progress on their order page and on your menu, and the reward comes off their next order by itself. Tickets show "Loyalty reward".
• If you reject or cancel the order the reward was used on, the customer gets it back.
• History shows how many rewards were used each month.
