Your customers and their data

Links to your dashboard ask you to log in first.

• Customers lists everyone who has ordered. It's your list. Download it any time.
• Only text or email people who ticked the offers box. Use "Download marketing list" for those.
• Block a number that places hoax orders. Blocked numbers can't order online.
• If someone asks you to delete their details, press Delete data. Their order totals stay for your accounts.
• Your ordering page has a privacy notice that explains this to customers.
