Payments: cash, card at the door, card online

• Cash and card at the door (your own card machine): the customer pays when they get the food. The order shows "not paid yet".
• Card online (if it's switched on for you): press Connect Stripe in Settings and fill in Stripe's sign-up. Customers pay when they order, and the money goes into your own Stripe account. Stripe pays it into your bank automatically.
• Stripe's fee is 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards. There is no commission on top.
• Paid orders only ring once the payment has gone through, and show "Paid online by card". If you reject or cancel one, the customer is refunded in full automatically. For part refunds, use your Stripe dashboard.
